In the context of globalization,China is facing pressure and challenges from all sides,through innovation-driven development has become a fundamental founding strategy.The importance of innovation for business performance has been broadly agreed,and in order to survive in a brutal environment,new products and new technologies must be created.The innovation of the enterprise is inseparable from the individual innovation,individual innovation is inseparable from the individual's creativity,and so how to improve the creativity of the staff has become the focus of attention.Since the first time the core self-evaluation of the concept of these new personality traits,domestic and foreign scholars around the core self-evaluation of the research there are many,but for the core self-evaluation and personal creativity between the researches is not much.Creativity is both closely linked to innovation,and innovation is different,and creativity is an important factor in the realization of innovation,so how to stimulate the staff's personal creativity becomes critical.Based on the theory of core self-evaluation and creativity,this study focuses on the individual creativity,the core self-evaluation as the independent variable,the team innovation atmosphere as the adjustment variable,and the creativity as the dependent variable.On the basis of exploring how the core self-evaluation has the effect on creativity,we add the adjustment variable of the team innovation atmosphere and examine the adjustment effect between the two.Taking the sales staff of an insurance company and a real estate company in Chengdu as the sample,the conceptual model was constructed by empirical research method,and the relevant hypothesis was verified by regression analysis.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between core self-evaluation and creativity,and the team's innovation atmosphere plays a positive role in the core self-evaluation and creativity.The study will help enterprises in management practices to improve management measures to promote staff creativity and promotion.
