With the progress of society and the improvement of enterprise management system,welfare management,as an effective means to attract outstanding talents,retain and motivate core talents,plays an important role in enterprise management.Flexible benefits for employees to provide a wide range of choice of projects,increase employee satisfaction with the benefits,so that maximize the benefits of enterprises to achieve win-win business and employees.The flexible benefits as the research object,the comprehensive analysis and analysis of important documents and flexible benefits of foreign and domestic research,in the "basic Chinese employee welfare security index report" in 2016,the existing traditional welfare enterprises in our country are analyzed,to explore the present our country enterprise welfare problems,and the introduction of the concept of flexible benefits Chinese enterprises,the source of the theory of flexible benefits and disadvantages,analysis of closely related design,the implementation of flexible benefits and enterprise development stage,combined with the actual case,according to the company's actual development stage and operation design of elastic welfare system,in order to improve the operability of the flexible benefits,so as to solve the problem our corporate welfare is a common problem.The last part of case analysis,this paper selected "Internet plus" media procurement platform of CMC company,to understand the current implementation of the welfare state,and through a questionnaire survey and interviews of employees,the company is currently welfare management problems,and build a flexible welfare system scheme belongs to the CMC company,theoretical analysis and a successful case with CMC company's operation situation and referring to,develop the company's current stage of development for the "basic welfare + selective welfare welfare policy,combined with the third party companies to implement a" semi outsourcing "welfare form,so as to enhance their sense of identity and satisfaction for enterprises to attract and retain the core people make policy support.The paper puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of welfare,and gives some countermeasures to the problems.In order to provide reference for human resource management and strategic decision making in related industries.
