In recent years,the competition between talents is more and more fierce.Many companies begin to pay attention to employee benefits.They want to win the talent competition through the improved benefits system.How to attract and retain employees is a big problem for each company.With the increasing 80s\90s generation employees.It has been difficult to attract young talent with only salary.Therefore employee benefits as part of compensation for attracting,encouraging and retaining talents has become more and more important.The rising cost of employee benefits make traditional employee benefits system unable to meet demand.So many companies began to look for new benefits plan.Elasticity benefits,also known as menu benefits,which is when company has a fixed benefits cost for a certain employee,that employee can freely choose the benefits in the menu according to their own demand.It overturns the traditional benefits distribution form and management.The advantage is that it can meet the personal needs of employees,Elasticity benefits can improve employee satisfaction and can also help companies to solve the contradiction between the employee satisfaction and benefit cost.Whether companies are suitable for carry out elasticity welfare,how to implement it,is the emphasis of the study.
