"People-oriented" is not only an important concept of the governance of a country,but also has become the consensus of enterprise human resource management.Employee benefits,as an integral part of the overall compensation of modern employees,fully reflect the enterprise management philosophy and humanistic feelings of "people-oriented".Provide content rich variety,can choose the elasticity of welfare,the life not only played a complementary protection function,but also an important means of incentive,an ideal design benefits,is the enterprise to build coagulation hearts together important measures of force at the core of competitive advantage,welfare work for society as a whole is also a meaningful exploration.China's economy has entered a stage of medium and high speed development.In order to maintain steady and rapid economic development,the reform of enterprises is in full swing.The overall environment of our country has been equipped with the conditions of flexible welfare,but it has not been widely promoted and applied.Therefore,to explore employee relationship between the elastic welfare needs of employee welfare satisfaction,in order to improve employee welfare satisfaction management,for enterprises to attract and keep excellent human resources,promote enterprise health fast development has the vital significance.In this paper,based on the research of the domestic and foreign literature and theory,reference the results of other researchers proposed elastic welfare demand and employee welfare satisfaction has a positive role in promoting the assumptions and theoretical model,through the questionnaire survey to collect data,using SPSS 19.0to 200 valid questionnaire data statistics analysis,the theoretical models and assumptions are verified.The results show that the reliability and validity of each scale are high.The influence of demographic variables on elasticity welfare demand and welfare satisfaction is not significant.Elasticity welfare demand has significant positive influence on welfare satisfaction;The employees have the highest demand for the economic welfare of the elastic welfare category,the second is the life guarantee demand,the collective welfare demand is the lowest;Employees have the lowest satisfaction degree and the highest welfare information satisfaction.Employees have the lowest satisfaction degree and the highest welfare information satisfaction.Through the above empirical research,this paper believes that the enterprise should innovate the current employee welfare management,and do a good job in the welfare of employees from the four dimensions of welfare satisfaction.
