In the aftermath of the financial crisis,China's economic development is facing enormous challenges.Therefore,the Belt and Road Initiatives,high-end equipment manufacturing 2020 and other major strategic initiatives from the national level is introduced,intending to promote rapid economic development.On this basis,the major domestic enterprises draw up their own 13 th Five-Year Plan,responding to national policy appeal.After the route is determined,the cadre is the determining factor.For the company,the strategy is more concerned about the implementation,and the key is the employee.In this case,we are pleased and helpless to see that many companies have focused on the construction of personnel,caring for recruitment,utilization,and retention.There are many reasons behind.Some are far-sighted,initiative and some suffer from labor shortage.In any case of selection of personnel,the companies are facing a common situation that employees feel high pressure of work,have occasional depression and worse efficiency and desert jobs,even continuous job hopping.For the continuous job hopping,experts and scholars in the field have also expressed their views in which the sense of belonging is repeatedly mentioned.Therefore,from the need of practical management,we need to clarify the relations between work pressures,sense of belonging,and organizational commitment.The purpose of the article is to study in the high-tech company,employee's satisfaction of current work,degree of trust in the organization,satisfaction with the current state of life,and the differences in future planning,to discuss the relations between work stress,organizational commitment and sense of belonging and to further explore the influence of organizational commitment by enhancing the sense of belonging and improving the impact of work pressure,with the sense of belonging as a regulatory variable.Document investigation,interview and questionnaire are the most commonly used method,and so they are used to obtain relevant data information.This study is aimed at groups as high-tech employees.Beijing Yizhuang area is high-tech Park.High-tech companies move in at the early time,and with a large amount.Therefore,the survey in the region selected four companies,a total of 210 cadres and staff of various ranks.The 210 workers,covering the technical management,technical research and development and technical support departments,with age span and length of service span of 30 years,the level of education and marriage status are sampled,after investigation,statistics,analysis,and the following summing ups are concluded:(1)For high-tech company employees,sense of belonging is at a medium high level and organizational commitment is at a medium level.(2)The sense of belonging can regulate the impact of work stress on organizational commitment;the sense of belonging increases and the impact of work stress on organizational commitment decreases.On the basis of the conclusion,according to the theory of management,organizational behavior and psychology and other related disciplines theory and experience sharing,work practice,the article puts forward to some recommendations of improving the work pressure and enhancing the sense of belonging for reference.
