The keys of scientific research institutions' hi-tech innovation capacity are whether they have the personnel who master the core technology or not and whether they have the effective incentive security for personnel or not.In order to stimulate the creativity and enthusiam of the technology personnel,Chengdu branch of scientific research institution organised a performance appraisal for personnel and stimulated them according to the results.However,because of the performance appraisal system,the immaturity of using results and the wide gap between incentive which is still in its initial stage to technology personnel and modern human resources management,it is necessary to carry on the incentive system research and analyze the weakness to provide the reference for completing incentive system.This study carry on the incentive system research by regarding technology personnel incentive system in Chengdu branch as the object and using hierarchy of needs,two-factor theory and expectation theory as guide.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,introducing research background,topic basis,research significance,research method,overseas and domestic research status and research thoughts,etc.The second chapter introduces the theoretical foundation which this article base on and relative core concept.The third chapter describes the case,mainly introducing the general situation in Chengdu branch,the actuality of technology personnel incentive system,the progress of incentive and the typicality of case selection.Chapter four analyzes the case according to the study,analyzing the effect of incentive,existing problems and reasons from management philosophy,management system and incentive motivation.Chapter five introduces experience and enlightenment by combining and analyzing the study.The last chapter is the conclusion to summarize.
