From a national perspective, the bancassurance business development is slow, the bancassurance development of China is still lagging behind other developed countries,also reflecting a lot of deficiencies in practice, and the number of bancassurance products dispute continues to rise. Based on case study, this paper analyzes the causes of bancassurance disputes, expounds the influence of disputes, and puts forward the countermeasures to dealing with the responsibilities of the offenders to the dispute under the premise of the implementation of the new regulations. The case is the bancassurance product of a branch of N Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "N Bank") and T Life Insurance Company causing a dispute, and more disputes are arising from the bancassurance in the country, which is a typical case reflecting the bancassurance dispute.Analyzing the causes of the bancassurance dispute can effectively control the negative impact of the dispute on the bank reputation and the trust degree of the insurance company, and promote the development of the bancassurance market better.The article mainly chooses N bank, T life insurance company and consumer three angles to analyze the responsibility of the dispute, put forward the negative impact caused by the dispute, retrospect the responsibility of the event, and put forward the corresponding solution to the N bank as the main point of view to analyze. The reasons of the typical case also apply to the general cases, and the typical case reflects the current situation of China’s bancassurance cooperation. For example, the relevant regulatory authorities do not regulate the bancassurance business risk prevention, so that the formation of a common sense of the formation of banking and insurance awareness;banks lack consignment of bancassurance complex talents, staff misleading sales, and incentives for internal staff and poor supervision; insurance companies are accustomed to extensive management practices, they lack correct understanding of the bancassurance cooperation, marketing mechanisms and means lagging behind the pace of development of bancassurance; consumers buy products blindly below the circumstance which is lack understanding of bancassurance products. Analysis of the dispute case reflects many problems, and then through studying the reasons of the bancassurance dispute,this paper provides the solutions to reduce bancassurance disputes.The main content of the article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction,which includes the purpose of the topic and the study significance,the literature review, the structure of the article, the innovation and the shortcoming. The second chapter is the introduction of N bank bancassurance dispute case, including the background of the case, the detailed process and the result. The third chapter analyzes the case of bancassurance dispute, introduces the responsibility of the case through analyzing the negative impact caused by the dispute, and then explores the causes of the dispute. In the fourth chapter, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the bancassurance dispute from the perspective of the relevant responsible in charge of the dispute. Chapter 5 summarizes the contents of the case analysis and draws the conclusion.
