A Study On Affordable Housing Policy Innovation Of Guangzhou

A variety of housing problem has become a major challenge of China's economic and social development,housing policy has become one of the most important policy areas of common concern to all parties.In recent years as prices spiraling,the problem of low-income people buying houses and owning houses has been highlighted.To ease the contradiction,Guangzhou has launched a series of affordable housing policy in order to provide various housing assistance for low-incomes.As the pioneer of China's economic development,with the implementation of the national housing policy for many years,the results of these practices have been seen.However,in the process of development,with more and more people coming to Guangzhou,not only the low and middle income groups are increasing,but the housing demand is also expanding.From the perspective of the specific situation of Guangzhou housing policy practice,the current affordable housing policy has failed to fully meet the housing needs of this part of the population;in policy rules and practice there are some problems and challenges as well.At this point,the innovation of affordable housing policy is imperative.It is important to achieve the goal of "everyone will have access to appropriate housing".Based on the background,the study purpose of this paper is: What is the motivation and current status of the affordable housing policy implementation in the Guangzhou? Under the new historical conditions,based on the theory of policy innovation,in the affordable housing policy how to improve the behavior of the Guangzhou municipal government enthusiasm and achieve policy goals of the implementation of the national housing.Based on these problems,in this paper,the basic research content is: first,introducing the background of the selected topic meaning,on the basis of taking the literature review of the research question and research methods of this article is put forward.Second,the theory of dynamic policy and internal decision-making model are described on the basis of the policy itself,economic,political,and social factorsfour aspects specific analysis of Guangzhou of affordable housing policy innovation.Thirdly,summarize the innovation achievements of affordable housing policy and innovation performance.Last but not least,in view of the Guangzhou city housing problems existing in the process of policy innovation to offer some policy innovation choice.
