Research Of HW Company's Business Strategies On Perspective Of Supply Chain Management

In recent years,the manufacturing industry more low profit,inventory cost pressures,and the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the market is no longer just a manufacturer and manufacturer of price comparison,but the supply chain between the performance of supply chain competition,so choose appropriate supplier members is more important.Under the current supply chain structure,the enterprises prefer to select a good supplier with good coordination,and achieve long-term strategic cooperation model through information sharing.HW company as the aviation manufacturing enterprises of the power supplier,in the background of the aviation industry continued improvement,facing some problems:middlemen gradually disappear,the competition environment becomes worse,customers become strict procurement standards,lack of response ability and other specifications.In view of the aircraft manufacturing enterprise supplier selection criteria is the basis for judging the future improvement direction of HW enterprise,so the premise of solving these problems is to analyze the supplier selection criteria of aviation manufacturing enterprises.Combined with the proposed past scholars supplier evaluation index,and then through the expert opinion,this paper constructs a suitable evaluation framework,finally,find out the key elements of supplier selection system under consignment with the method of analytic hierarchy process and weight.The results of the study show that the aviation industry in the supplier selection,the selection criteria and selection criteria of general suppliers are different,the emphasis on the selection criteria not only QCDS(Quality,Cost,Delivery,Service),but the supplier can provide our real-time inventory and replenishment situation"," order change,whether quick response ability "," supplier service attitude" side.This shows that the aviation industry manufacturers in the selection of consignment inventory suppliers,more attention is the supplier of materials procurement and inventory management and other core competencies.According to the conclusions,this paper argues that HW company as the aviation manufacturing enterprises upstream suppliers,according to the industry,should analyze the competitive environment to choose suitable competitive strategies to control the core aspects of the industry chain,provide quality supplies,set the market price relatively cheap,through the supply chain finance delay collection period,take the consignment the inventory system and set up safety stock level.
