| The mould is the basis for the production of various products and equipment,occupying the important status in the development of industry.With the development of China’s manufacturing,mould industry plays a very important role in the national economy.The mould industry is not high-tech industry and has the large market potential,but low barriers to entry.This series of characteristics,resulting increasingly fierce competition in mould company,especially private mould company.At the same time,the level of workers in mould company is not very high.Poor human resource management also restricts the private mould company further development.Therefore,private mould company should change the original development model,mining the potential value in the production management.While human resource management,especially the management of manufacturing workers should be placed in the important position of company development.Regardless of the mould of high and low technical content,Mould are made by the builder in the production line reflected in the value of products.And the job satisfaction of workers,will affect their attitude toward work,directly determining the mould production.Therefore,increasing mould manufacturing workers’ job satisfaction and excavating the enormous potential of manufacturing workers become one of the effective way to enhance competitiveness of mould company.Improving job satisfaction of manufacturing workers in private mould company effectively is an important action for mould industry competitiveness.This paper use the method of comparative study and questionnaire analysis to study manufacturing workers in KH company.At first this paper sorted out the related theory about satisfaction and put them as the theoretical preparation which include dual factors theory,demand hierarchy theory,interpersonal relation theory,expectancy theory,etc.Secondly the paper adopted questionnaire survey to analyze the job satisfaction of manufacturing workers in KH company and discuss the problems about workers satisfaction existing in the mould industry.At the end the paper put forward some measures: mining "apprenticeship" domestic potential;improving leadership behavior;broadening the training mechanism;improving the company’s humanistic concern and improving working environment about manufacturing workers etc. |
