Since Peter.senge put foword the theoy of learning organization,more and more domestic and foreign scholars devoted their to study on learning organization.with the deepening of research,more and more researchers definited learning organization from the perspective of cultural,and they think that a good enterprise need to absorb learning organization into the corporate culture.As a result,learning enterprise culture came into being.With the continuous development of learning enterprise culture,the researchers found that learning enterprise culture affects our unique organizational behavior,we found a lot of high-tech enterprises,electronic Science and technology enterprises,which are advocating learning,combining innovative enterprise culture ofin the fierce market competition environment,highlighting its advantages.And they can guide the staff consciously sharing their knowledge,experience and skills in the process of learning and innovation,reduce training costs,improve work efficiency,avoid long,etc.,to improve enterprise performance.Therefore,we find that there exist some relations among the three independent variables,such as learning enterprise culture,employee knowledge sharing and enterprise performance.This paper focuses on the analysis of learning enterprise culture,employee knowledge sharing and enterprise performance.First of all,this paper through the review of the learning enterprise culture,knowledge sharing and enterprise performance of the three variables in the literature,to determine the concept of three variables,the influence factors and the related dimensions,based on the measurement of variables of the table,according to the measurement scale developing a questionnaire study.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,this paper constructs a learning enterprise culture theoretical model,and rasises the research hypothesis.Finally,SPSS and AMOS software were used to test the variables.The empirical study of the research hypothesis,based on the results of the study to amend the model.Through empirical analysis,the conclusions of this study are as follows: first,the learning enterprise culture has a positive effect on employee knowledge sharing.The employee knowledge sharing has a posivite effect on enterprise performance.That isto say,learning enterprise culture is the mechanism by which the knowledge sharing behavior affects the enterprise performance.Second,for the mechanism of empirical research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of learning enterprise culture which can improve enterprise performance.Mainly from the combination of learning and motivation,the combination of innovation and methods,management and the combination of people,the establishment of knowledge sharing mechanisms to build effective.
