Implementation Of Excellence Performance Project At Packaging Line Of Xiayan

Facing the objective reality that the internal completion is intensified and the external environment continues to deteriorate,Tobacco producers continue to succeed by introducing excellence perormance.Under this background,this paper discusses the introduction of excellence performance models into the grass-roots production team to improve the comprehensive management level and performance level of teams and groups,enhance competitiveness.In this paper,used the project management methods,promoted excellence performance model into the grass-roots team.Firstly,analyze and summarize the current situation of production team management,show the results of the team,ability of planning is not high,and the ability of process management and control is poor,employees executive ability is poor.And then,discusses the use of project management into the performance excellence model to solve the current situation of team management,defined the excellence project,broke down the project work,analysis the risk.In the second part,this paper integrate seven categories of performance excellence,from the four aspects of planning system,operation system,measurement and analysis system,improvement and innovation system to carry out analysis and research on the project.Then,this paper conducted a review of the program,objectively discussed the change of the management of the team,it not only solved the problems(ability of planning is not high,and the ability of process management and control is poor,employees executive ability is poor)existing in the production team management,but also greatly improved the performance of the team,even more than expected.In the last part,sum up this project,as the fine example to another teams,this paper integrate seven categories of performance excellence,lead-in employee performance evaluation system innovatively,and this project achievement was highly praised.We have encountered the problem,such as the need to integrate resources optimization,work inspiration and so on.The last,this paper analyzed and solved the problems encountered in the project——resources integration and optimization.
