The real estate industry,which is being concerned by the government,academic society and the common citizen,is playing an important role in China's current economic development.Being stimulated by the factors of domestic housing and urbanization policy,Demographic dividend and market expectations,China's real estate industry has been achieved a high speed development in the past.However,under the adjustment of macro political-economic environment and industrial structure,the housing market has been more difficult to maintain the high rate growth in the future.a certain period of time,and how to maintain a stable and sustainable development is becoming a critical strategic issue of every real estate company.H LAND is a state-owned real estate company,which is committed to achieve the leading level in product and service,and it's geographical business area covers all the northern second and third-tier cities in mainland China with the BEIJIING as central city.Adhering to the business mode of "residential development + property investment +value-added service",H LAND's turnover exceeds more than ten billions with over 15 ongoing residential projects and 3 ongoing commercial complex.Besides of the project department,The company has been set up 14 functional departments and hires more than 500 employees.This dissertation advocates the proper development strategy and matched strategic measures of H LAND by thoroughly surveying the internal-external environment,existing problems and the current usable resource of the company,using PEST,five-forces model and SWOT as analying tools.
