In this paper,NUC Company as the research object,from the strategic management theory,learning organization theory and knowledge management theory perspective to explore how to build NUC company learning organization and then improve the core competitiveness.A basic idea of this study is to elaborate the basic connotation of the theory of learning organization,and then explore the challenges faced by NUC and the significance of establishing a learning organization.Based on this,we set up the overall design framework of NUC's learning organization and establish a set of safeguards to ensure the efficient operation of learning organizations.Through the relevant analysis,the following conclusions:First,NUC company in the development of the industry is facing challenges,not related to technological innovation and learning,it is difficult to gain a foothold in the market.Analysis of the NUC company's opportunities and challenges,advantages and disadvantages,that NUC company has a learning organization to establish the necessity and possibility.The second is NUC company learning organization overall framework design,set goals,through the construction of learning culture atmosphere,build training and learning system,improve the information support system and other measures to NUC company to build learning organization to provide protection.The third is for NUC's development needs and the existing basis,the company faster and better to the"learning organization" transformation of the overall thinking and operational recommendations,and strive to benefit the enterprise;other related businesses also can play a reference role.In summary,this article draws on the experience theory of many research and learning organizations at home and abroad,and takes into account their own reality and characteristics to make the R&D team into a learning organization to continuously stimulate innovation behavior and enhance the NUC company's salary management system.Reflecting the current management results.
