The government and all social groups concern the housing security about people’s daily life.One reason is the overheated economy development,another reason is that the commercial housing around the world has been a overmuch phenomenon in recent years,the town of low and middle income earners housing demand is still not satisfied.In order to solve the housing difficulties of urban low-income groups,the government,organize the construction of affordable housing,to provide housing.Affordable housing construction and development is not only related to low-income people in the towns of our country basic life.It also affects the local real estate economy rise and fall.Along with rising the level of urbanization,The current economic development rapidly in our country,and a large number of rural residents move to cities with urban land increasingly nervous.Estate overheating lead to the commodity residential house prices are rising.Residents pay ability is limited,however,a shortage of housing resources and the urban residents’ housing needs are not being met.Thus the need for affordable housing has become more and more urgent.Based on Jincheng City in Shanxi Province as the research object,the paper will study urban housing demand comprehensively.The local affordable housing construction situation will influent the factors of affordable housing demand.After comprehensive analysis,Jincheng City of housing affordable construction condition overall is better,but there is also lack insufficient supplies.Government supply ability,the residents’ income level,the development of the estate industry and other factors will affect the residents’ demand for affordable housing.This article is using the calculation method of grey correlation degree to quantify these factors,it is concluded that the influence degree of various factors on the affordable housing needs.As to get the main factors influenced the Jincheng demand.Affordable housing want to provide the government’s macroeconomic regulation and control.Through observe the changes in recent years by Jincheng urban population,the paper emphatically studied the housing demand 20% of low-income families in urban residents.Other scholars have been compiled in affordable housing demand forecasting methods.The article selected the grey prediction GM(1,1)model to forecast the data.Base on the urban population and the residents’ living level to measuring their aggregate demand.and the development of housing construction planning.At last,a series of suggestions were put forward for the government.
