Research On The Impact Of Knowledge Management Ability On The Technological Innovation Performance Of High-tech Enterprises

With the rapid development of science and technology,increasingly fierce competition between enterprises in knowledge economy age.In order to improve core competitiveness,enterprise need constant technical innovation.Technology innovation is an important factor of high-tech enterprise survival and development.However,China's enterprises face external factors such as economic globalization,economic transformation,in such a complex competitive environment,technological innovation compared to the past is not so easy.So,facing the change of social environment,knowledge resources play an increasingly important role in technological innovation activities.Development and effective utilization of knowledge make innovation activities orderly,gradually reduce labor costs and time costs,improving enterprise efficiency.And the effective use of knowledge resources is need for knowledge management,in face of huge knowledge resources,enterprise how to promote knowledge management ability,and promote knowledge management ability,enterprise technology innovation activities are more frequent,effective employee learning atmosphere and innovation ability will be improved.If ignore the knowledge management,is bound to affect performance of technological innovation of enterprises.This is an urgent problem need to solve is put the knowledge management applied to technology innovation performance.Based on the technology innovation performance of high-tech enterprises in China as the research object,with knowledge management capability influence on technology innovation performance as the research subject.Comb through reading related literature both at home and abroad,based on the theory of knowledge management and technology innovation,model of impact of knowledge management capability on technology innovation performance is established,and puts forward the hypothesis,through the questionnaire survey method to collect the relevant data,recycling effective questionnaire 143 copies,using the method of descriptive analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis,explore the impact of the knowledge management capability on technology innovation performance.First of all,this paper from two aspects of knowledge capability and guarantee measure of knowledge management ability,including knowledge acquisition,knowledge transformation,knowledge application and knowledge protection,organization structure,cultural atmosphere of six first-level indicators,technological innovation performance from two aspects of process performance and output performance measure,using SPSS22.0 software make linear regression analysis method,empirical analysis,respectively research the influence of these factors on technology innovation performance.The empirical results found that: six indicators are positively correlated with technical innovation performance,capability and knowledge support capability both to enterprise's technology innovation performance has a promoting effect,paper holds that the improvement of the knowledge management capability is beneficial to promote technology innovation performance.Finally,the article on the basis of the related conclusion put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprise in China.
