Research On The Government Supervision In The Development Of The Logistics Industry In Nanjing City

Logistics industry as a new industry sector in the national economy,has become an important industry in this century and a new growth point of the national economy.Logistics industry in Nanjing to promote regional economic development,but also to the community and the public has brought a negative impact not being ignored.How to explore the lack of government supervision,the negative externality in the development of effective management of the logistics industry to achieve the maximization of economic benefits and social benefits of logistics is an important task for the relevant functional departments need to face,is studied in this paper.The access to relevant literature,in-depth field research,comprehensive understanding and grasp the situation of Nanjing City,the development of modern logistics and supervision;At the same time,this paper draw lessons from domestic and abroad developed countries on the regulation of the development of modern logistics successful experience,for the lack of government supervision in the development of the logistics industry in Nanjing City,recommended the establishment of "logistics department" to break the barriers of "fragmentation";remodeling of the governments role in the regulation of the logistics industry,establish and perfect the government regulatory agencies long-term communication and co-ordination mechanism;force the development of green logistics;give full play to the logistics industry association of the role of intermediary organizations;scientific orientation,system innovation and intelligence to promote and multi dimension and promote the healthy and rapid development of logistics industry in Nanjing.As the nanjing municipal party committee and municipal government for the development of the logistics industry constantly attach importance to and actively promote,we expect closer collaboration between each supervision department,logistics activities more standardized,and relying on industry association role in propaganda and organization,walk out a road to the green development of the logistics industry.
