Office of the State Council on the promotion of e-commerce and express the views of the d evelopment of Collaborative Logistics?was published by General office of the State Council,So many kinds of short sketcher about Express Service were showed on stage,and Deppon Express was listed on January 16 th,2018.We noticed that the express companies were developing fast,and their services will expand to the world.The express delivery industry has got more and more interests and supports by government.In fact,after the 18 th National Congress of the communist Party of China,China's express service volume has increased from 5 billion 700 million to 40 billion 100 million,and has been ranked number one in world for 4 consecutive years.In this paper,the vigorous development of the express market as the background,the city government S express industry supervision as the theme,combining with the working experie nce of the author,by comparison,data analysis,literature research,to analyze three aspects fo r Express Service current situation: the express industry market,development scale and the de velopment dilemma.To analyze three aspects for government supervision current situation : t he legal basis,the main role of government regulation and supervision contents and methods.Above two aspects of comprehensive analysis,it is found that there are some problems in S c ity government supervision,mainly has four aspects: the first is the local industry legislation,i ncluding administrative regulations and normative documents;the second is the government it self has obstacles,including the low level of administrative supervision departments,manage ment system defects,internal structure unreasonable,a serious shortage of power supervision;the third is that the main role of government is not fully played,including the lack of necessa ry administrative license,the single way of government supervision,the insufficient self-regul ation of industry associations;and the last is not establishing a comprehensive supervision of t he express industry credit system.in view of the above problems,analyze the reasons,take advice about how to improve the government's supervision,and providing reference for policy guidance to government,in order to regulate market behavior promote the further development of express service.
