Research On Evaluation Of International Logistics Service Capability In Cross-Border E-Commerce Environment

In the "Internet plus" background,the development of international trade flourished,with the "he Belt and Road" strategy to further increase the demand for cross-border e-commerce services,cross-border e-commerce has become a new trade link platform,cross-border e-commerce industry competition Is the level of international logistics service competition.This paper aims to evaluate the international logistics service provider 's evaluation index system and evaluation model by constructing international logistics service capacity in cross-border e-commerce environment.The paper uses the literature analysis method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics analysis method and the empirical analysis method to carry out the related research work.By combing the theories of cross-border e-commerce,bonded logistics and logistics service ability,this paper analyzes the relevant situation of research on international logistics service ability in cross-border e-commerce environment.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the evaluation of international logistics service capability in cross-border e-commerce environment,and analyzes the factors that affect the evaluation of international logistics service capability,and analyzes the factors that affect the international logistics service capability evaluation.The service capability,the service capability,the supporting service ability and the resource integration ability.The evaluation system of the international logistics service capability in the cross-border e-commerce environment is established,and the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis is adopted.,The evaluation index system for screening optimization.Then,based on the use of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to determine the weight of the index,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the research.Finally,the empirical analysis of Jinxia cross-border e-commerce industrial park is carried out to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system and the evaluation model established in this paper.According to the evaluation results and the problems found in the survey,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The evaluation results show that the level of international logistics service capability of Jinxia cross-border e-commerce industrial park is "general".According to the evaluation results proposed countermeasures to improve the level of international logistics services.The results show that the international logistics service capability evaluation index system established in this paper is reasonable and practical,and the evaluation model is scientific and effective,and evaluates the international logistics service capability in the cross-border e-commerce environment.Can enhance the overall service level of international logistics service providers,but also enhance the overall competitiveness,promote the development of the entire industry to promote cross-border e-commerce and international logistics industry coordinated development.The results of this study can also provide decision-making basis for the relevant government departments to formulate policy.
