Empirical Research On Chongqing Forestry Sustainable Development Ability

Forestry is an important basic industry and public welfare undertakings,shouldering both to meet the needs of land ecological security and ecological civilization construction,and to meet the demand of social economic development of forestry related products.The sustainable development of forestry is not only the need of construction of ecological civilization,also is the need of social and economic sustainable development.Forestry sustainable development refers to not damage the productivity of forest ecosystems and renewable ability,at the same time not at the cost of damage to the diversity of species and ecological forestry practice.Under this background,this paper combined with the related theory of knowledge,using the factor analysis method of systemic research on the ability of forestry sustainable development in Chongqing.In this paper,first of all,the general situation of the natural conditions,the forestry resources in Chongqing and forestry economic situation has carried on the detailed analysis.On the basis,analyze the problems existing in the development of Chongqing forestry:forestry quality steadily improving,the destruction of all resources;insufficient funds investment of science and technology,a small proportion of the forestry science and technology personnel,the rapid increase of the total forestry structure remains to be perfect;contradiction between economic development and the forest resources protection;the forestry production rate not high,forest benefit not ideal,etc.Then the article using factor analysis method to comprehensive appraisal is made on the ability of forestry sustainable development in Chongqing,trying to explore by using the method of model factors affect the ability of the forestry sustainable development in Chongqing,find out the deficiencies and further improvement in future development.This paper the forestry sustainable development in Chongqing is divided into forest ecological,economic,social,the three systems.Studies on the three systems selected 29 indicators,using SPSS statistical software through the factor analysis method to analyze index data in recent 10 years.The following conclusions:the sustainable development of forest ecosystem capacity showed a trend of steadily rising in the past 11 years;Social system at the early stage of the sustainable development capacity showed a trend of rising,nearly two years to stabilize;The economic system of sustainable development ability relatively large fluctuations.Comprehensive the above three systems further overall trends,it is concluded that the forestry sustainable development in Chongqing ability namely rising trends before 2012,after 2012 volatility,but ranks high as a whole.Finally,combining with the above theoretical description and empirical research conclusions and the actual situation of chongqing,also puts forward several Suggestions on promoting the sustainable development of forestry in chongqing,including:to protect the forest ecological resources;The government financial support on the basis of various financing,increase the construction of forestry financial support;Strengthening science and technology training and technology promotion;Adjust the forestry industrial structure,vigorously support the development of forestry of the third industry;Adjust the structure of forest resources;Promote forestry production ability,etc.
