Research On The Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Residents In Henan

Under the circumstances of rise of central China,the income gap between urban and rural areas in henan province is more and more attention.Under the new situation,the rapid economic development of henan province,the people have reached a well-off life.At the same time,the rapid development of urban economy and rural economic development lag,slow lead to urban and rural income gap is increasingly serious.Therefore,how to accelerate henan agricultural development,increase farmers' income,urban and rural development as a whole,is the important problems facing the economy of henan province comprehensive development,also is the important task of building a harmonious society.This paper on the present situation of the residents' income gap between urban and rural areas in henan province was studied,through residents income and consumption,urban residents living standards improve faster,urban residents' income and rural residents income gap is widening.And then studied the differences between urban and rural areas in henan province gini coefficient,gini coefficient in decreases in henan province,thanks to the improvement of urbanization level in henan province.Income gap of urban and rural residents in henan province has the characteristics of periodic,this paper deals with the periodic analysis.Secondly,this paper analyses the causes of the residents' income gap between urban and rural areas in henan province,the main differences in urban and rural dual economic structure,industrial structure,government policy bias,social security level and the level of urbanization is analyzed,on these differences between rural and urban areas caused the gap between the income of urban and rural residents.Finally,in view of the cause of the residents' income gap between urban and rural areas in henan province put forward the corresponding countermeasure,should strive to improve the standard of peasants' income in henan province,in terms of speed up the pace of modernization of agricultural production,to accelerate the development of second and third industry and developing agricultural industrialization mode of operation;To increase the intensity of agricultural labor transfer,the hukou system gradually relaxed restrictions;To balance urban and rural development,accelerate the construction of small towns,raise thelevel of urbanization;To actively promote institutional innovation,mechanism for narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas to provide guarantee.
