Research On Regional Equilibrium And Space Integration In Industrial Development Zone In Shanghai

With the opening-up policy,it has been making significant progress in development zone in recent years,marking as a crucial engine in the economic area.However,at this phase,there still remain some problems such as the disequilibrium between industrial development zone and its district,the striking difference on space distribution,and low input and output in some industrial development zone,etc.This article mainly focuses on industrial development zone in Shanghai to build mathematical model on space integration of Shanghai industrial development zone.Through this article,not only can it promote the basic theoretical study on industrial and enterprise distributions and industrial development zone,but provide helpful reference for industrial distribution development and constrict plan.This article utilizes several research methods involving in statistical analysis method,document analysis,and mathematic analysis method.Basically this article firstly makes clear definitions of industrial development zone,space integration and regional equilibrium,afterwards,sorting out carefully domestic and international references elementary theories on space integration of industrial development zone.The main part of this article emphasize on three aspects:firstly analysis on the development track of industrial development zone,and also at present its economic efficiency,intensive use level of land and employment status;then spatial pattern elucidated through further discussing spatial density,formation,layer structure;lastly model analysis based on FCVL model to study present Shanghai development zone economy;which draws five conclusions as follows:First,the more market share of high-tech products is in certain area,the lower prices of high-tech products and intermediate products are;Second,when short-term proper policies don't constitute any cost to enterprises in development zone,intellectual capital space distribution has an effect on tech industrial department space location choice;Thirdly,when short-term proper policies don't constitute any cost to enterprises in development zone,and the average labor,intellectual capital spatial agglomeration don't affectindustrial spatial agglomeration,long-period concrete state of equilibrium has something connected with trade openness;Fourth,under long-term equilibrium,when production cost is increased by ? unit due to policy imposed by government,enterprises must input over 1 unit intellectual capital to ensure their whole market scale;Fifth,industrial agglomeration can have "crowding-out effect" to the economy growth rate."Crowding-out effect is expressed through elasticity of substitution of various high-tech products.Last part,on the basis of present problems existing in Shanghai industry development zone and conclusions on integrated space mathematic model summarized above,logically this article puts forwards three constructive suggestions:improving space association between enterprises,optimizing space integration path of development zone and propelling space integration between industry development zone and new urban area.
