Study On The Development Of Urban Mergence In Zhuzhou County Under The New Urbanization Background

Urbanization is the process which the way of population,economic activities and lifestyle transfer from the countryside to the city,with rapid economic and social development the process of urbanization in China is changing.The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC definitely called for comprehensively promoting new urbanization,which focus on putting people first.Therefore,urbanization in our country started from the pursuit of"quantity" of the traditional urbanization to pursue the "quality" of new urbanization.For a long time,our country always focuses the center of development on the large cities.But during the new urbanization stage,the development of small and medium towns will be more concerned about in our country.The county unit is the most closely related to the rural economy and the farmers.So,it’s will be an effective path to overall urban and rural development.This paper chooses Zhuzhou County as the research object,which is a suburban county of Zhuzhou City and at the edge of the area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration,and the problem of urban mergence both has universal and its own particularity.In recent years,it’s increasingly prominent that Zhuzhou City is expanding southward and Zhuzhou County is converging to the central city.And Zhuzhou City proposed the optimized adjustment plan that revoke Zhuzhou County to set up urban district.So,it’s an urgent need for practical urban-mergence solutions in the transportation,industry,ecological environment and other aspects in order to better integration with the Zhuzhou urban docking.In the new stage of urban development,Zhuzhou City is carrying out new urbanization pilot work,and Zhuzhou County as a pilot area of administrative innovation.So,it is imperative to explore the new model of adjustment of county administrative divisions.This paper analyzed the characteristics of urbanization process,economic development level,urban system and urban living in Zhuzhou County.And found there are problems like low level of urbanization,small scale of urban space,imbalance of industrial structure and so on.After analysis and based on the experience of the developed areas,this paper using the entropy value method to measure the new urbanization comprehensive level of Zhuzhou County,and construct the regression model to analyze the relationship between the urbanization comprehensive level and the government macroeconomic control factors,the market factors,the industrial structure factors,the urban and rural areas promoting factors and the external force factors.Based on the data analysis and development trend,the paper put forward the development strategy and corresponding development countermeasure of Zhuzhou County in Space layout,industrial development,infrastructure construction,environmental protection and other aspects.It is necessary to explore the urban mergence strategy of Zhuzhou County,and also can provide the reference for other suburban county.
