| Urbanization is the long-term development trend of China and the national strategic task,In the process of development and construction in the past,urbanization has promoted the transformation of human production and lifestyle,and accelerated the process of urban development.However,because of the lack of effective control mechanism,there are many problems such as excessive agglomeration,unbalanced development and other issues.In the middle stage of urbanization,compared with urbanization,the new urbanization pay more attention to quality,highlighting the people-oriented,emphasizing intensive,ecological,efficient and connotative development.Land is an important factor in the industrialization and new urbanization,land allocation is an important production factor related to the healthy development of new urbanization.Zhijiang county is an important sector in the integration of Hecheng,Zhongfang,Hongjiang,Zhijiang,an important transportation hub in the west of Hunan province,as well as the second batch of national new urbanization comprehensive pilot areas.Taking Zhijiang County as the research area,this paper analyzes the situation of land optimal allocation under the background of the new urbanization,and puts forward the land optimal layout pattern which is suitable for the development of Zhijiang County,which has certain reference.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part,in-depth study of new urbanization and land allocation theory.The second part,research the current situation of land use in Zhijiang county,and analyzes the problems in land use of Zhijiang county.At the same time,using SPSS19.0 to analyze the relationship between the new urbanization and land use structure change in Zhijiang County,and explain the internal relationship between the two.The third part,based on the land data of 2005 to 2014,a multi-objective planning model is established.Based on the present situation of land use in Zhijiang County,set up 11 variables,The entropy method is used to determine the weight of various types of land,The GM(1,1)and other methods is used to predict the population,profit coefficient,macro constraints etc.Using DPS software to calculate the results of land use structure optimization.The fourth part,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimal allocation of land in Zhijiang county under the background of new urbanization,and explores the land optimal layout pattern.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,The new urbanization and land allocation influence each other.The new urbanization has significant correlation with the land use structure in the aspects of economic development,infrastructure,public service,resource environment and so on.In 2010-2014,the proportion of agricultural land area was reduced and the proportion of construction land area was increased,which is closely related to the development of new urbanization.Secondly,By the analysis of the present situation of land use in Zhijiang county,There are many land use problems under the background of new urbanization,such as the contradiction between urban and rural land,the low degree of intensive in land use,the large number of land idle,the unreasonable layout and scale of agricultural land,and the fragile land ecological environment.Thirdly,In order to promote the optimal allocation of land,his paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the allocation of land from the aspects of scientific planning and layout,intensive use of land,revitalize the stock of land,promote the reform of land system,and exploring the model of land optimization which is suitable for Zhijiang county. |
