For the majority of enterprises,the core competitiveness is the talent.OT company as the founder of DT world industrial company,has always maintained a leading position in the industry during 160 years,has been engaged in research? development?manufacture?installation?repair?maintenance?renovation and transformation DT?automatic FT?automatic walkways and other transportation system.OT company is the world's largest DT,FT and pavement of suppliers and service providers.The quality of the products,cutting-edge technology and excellent service are the core competitiveness for OT company,for cultivating talents with strategic planning and layout,not only for staff provide comprehensive technical training,also provide a full range of training of personal ability.New employee training and development is the starting point of enterprise talent training,is an important part of enterprise human resources management.The most direct purpose of the training is to help new employees can quickly integrate into the enterprise culture,accustomed to working atmosphere,be familiar with the content of the work,can quickly take on tasks,to create a performance value.In this research,we choose OT company as the research object.First of all,know the current situation of OT company's new employee training and development,analysis the problems of the training implementation,to lead the point of view that OT enterprises need to build a new employee training system on the basis of competency model.Secondly,doing the training needs analysis,constructing OT's direct and indirect new employees competent general model base on the relevant theories knowledge of training and competency,the optimization of training and development system,including training plan making,training implementation and ongoing training follow up and evaluation.Finally,the research pointed out that to security the effective implementation of training,we need to provide security measures,mainly for the three aspects of cultural security,system security,resource security.This research provided the methods and measures of OT company new employee training and development system which based on the competency model,the research results also has a certain reference value to the other employee training system in the OT company.
