Collaborative innovation is a driving force of technology development,the innovation rate can be improved through collaboration.Although many researchers studied the synergy innovation from different perspectives,the research should deepen for more theory output.In reality,the collaborative innovation level is not high enough,and the research initiatives of participators like firms,research institutions and universities should be further raised,thus more appropriate mechanisms should be designed.This thesis analyzes the collaborative innovation components such as talents,property,subjects and information;it also analyzes the interactive modes of contractual and embedded ones between innovative subjects,and then the interactive innovation model is constructed;it also illustrates the collaborative process,the management course and the practical significance of the interactive model through case study.Through analyzing the collaborative process and contrasting benefits model,the efforts levels of participators can be obtained;the factors affecting the ratio are found and tested through numerical examples;the results are testified by simulation with Matlab 7.0.The innovation participators are evaluated based on ecological niche theory,the evaluation indicators and evaluation method of intuition fuzzy based on TOPSIS are established.The conclusions of the paper are as follows: first,interactive collaboration innovation is an effective model for innovation;it can integrate elements and give the functions of subjects into full play;it can implement strategic collaborative,knowledge collaborative and organization collaborative,thus promote innovation output.Second,the effort levels of the firm and the research institution can be affected by various factors: status and benefit sharing ratio of research institution,commercialization ratio;the results are valid under certain conditions and the valid ranges are determined by development cost and collaboration cost,thus the efforts level of the participators whose effort level is lower can be improved by increasing the benefit sharing ratio and status of the research institutions,and the firms‘ initiatives can be raised by increasing commercialization level.What‘s more,the evaluation system can provide effective methods to appraise the performance.Finally,through positive feedback mechanisms,better resource allocation,incentive mechanisms and evaluation systems,the effort levels of collaborative innovation can be improved dramatically,thus promoting the development of innovation output.
