| This article focuses on the power of study generating links in the process,improvement and restructuring of deficiencies,establish and improve the international advanced power supply processes and management concepts.The basic theory is based on the principle of process reengineering,process and links dealing with ASME,determine the final result.Power supply,the situation is not optimistic at present,because of service consciousness,low resource utilization,weak environmental and other reasons,causing the power decline in market share.In order to change this situation,the power supply Bureau decided to import advanced equipment and management concepts,enhance service awareness,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and overall efficiency.Because power companies often state monopolies,so there will be low quality of service and core competence of low,low rates of resource utilisation,which adversely affected the company's development and progress.Through continuous research and improvement,offers a set of process optimization,or "foreign" integrated service processes,is of great significance to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company.Through continuous changes and reorganization of enterprises,the introduction of advanced production processes and management concepts,changed the original problems."External" process concept includes three links,each link together,coordinated,comprehensive marketing information system through specific optimization processes,strengthening information transmission method,improve customer satisfaction,and improve the overall efficiency.To make this the good implementation of the optimization problem,this paper will adopt the method of problem analysis,improving the efficiency of problem solving,thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of the enterprise. |
