Research On The Effect Of Industrial Transformation And Upgrading Of Resource-exhausted City In Hubei Province

In the course of development in the past,many cities of Hubei Province depend on exploitation and utilization of resources to obtain more development opportunities,which are facing severe situation of highlighted social contradictions,weak economic growth and deterioration of ecological environment with gradual depletion of resources and further deterioration of ecological environment. Therefore,part of these cities are forced to the path of industrial transformation and upgrading.Seven resource-exhausted cities are existing in Hubei Province, including Qianjiang,Daye,Ezhou, Songzi,Huangshi,Yidu, Zhongxiang. This articleselected Qianjiang,Daye,Ezhou,Songzi(target city) from the seven cities as research objects,and Qianjiang were more focused on. Methods such as empirical research and normative research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, comparative research and policy research were used,combined with three kinds of index system classified by society, economy, resources and environment,using the factor analysis data processing model and SPSS aided calculation software to make longitudinal evaluation of Qianjiang on development of society, economy, resources and environment from 2010 to 2013, with emphasis on the effect of industrial transformation development and development trend of Qianjiang from 2010 to 2013. It came to the conclusion that Qianjiang obtained steady economic development and sustainable society, resources and environment during the implementation of industrial transformation. Meanwhile,the same research method, index system and data processing model were used to make horizontal comparison analysis of society, resources and environment condition of Qianjiang, Daye,Ezhou,Songzi in 2013,master the level of industrial transformation effect of Qianjiang, and conclude that Ezhou was the best,Daye came second,Qianjiang ranked the third and Songzi was the worst. Finally,according to the conclusion,analysis of reasons for the existing problems of the urban industrial transformation and upgrading was made, and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions were promoted.
