The Improvement Research Of Quality Management System In TMKWX Plant

China has become an important factor in the development of the world economy.Manufacturing industry is faced with more and more strong market competition,so how to put the professional of "power transmission technology" to the fast development of the market at present infrastructure of China is not only a big opportunity but also a serious challenge for all bearing manufacturing industry.When the pace of the reform of Chinese state-owned enterprises go fast and fast,bearing manufacturing industry need to carry on the transformation to adapt to the Chinese market.To meet the high quality requirements of the developed Chinese state-owned enterprises by establish proper quality management development is becoming more and more urgent and more and more important.Establish developed and accordant quality management system is the important item to ensure industries can provide the products meet all requirements of customer.Also high lever quality management system can help plants to effectively reduce costs and shorten lead time.So in order to achieve the good quality,competitive price and competitive OTD need to continually improve the quality management system.As everybody knows,sufficient,appropriate and effective QMS is the decisive factor to make sure got the strategic objective of enterprise.This thesis described the concept of QMS and the development history of QMS,and studied the ideas and methods of development for QMS.Specially focus on the advanced thoughts and ideas of ISO9001:2015 quality management system to go even further on the importance of development quality management system.Analysis the existing problems of TMKWX plant's QMS by using the theory of ISO9001 and quality tools,just like Plato,fish born and turtle diagram.Also using the theory of business administration,for example SWOT and PESTEL in some project studying.After analyzed total identified five key problems of TMKWX plant's QMS:lack awareness of QMS,low fulfillment of the QMS,inconsistent between QMS and BMS,poor effectiveness of internal audit and changed customer requirements lack fulfillment.Then studied the solution for all these key problems and set up actions for primly deploy these solutions.All above research is in order to improve the QMS of TMKWX plant.So that to achieve continuously improve the competitiveness of the company even now meet big challenger of the business environment.At the same time,this study can be referred by all those enterprises who is carry on the improvement of QMS and prepare the ISO9001:2015 certification.
