In recent years,China's railway construction industry is booming.The construction of high-speed rail is promoted comprehensively,and our country is gradually in the direction of a country of high-speed rail.The development of high-speed railway is strongly supported.Infrastructure expands.Our country strengthens the establishment of infrastructure.The emphasis of infrastructure is more conducive to the vigorous development of high-speed rail.The renowned six speed-up programs of the Chinese railways have had a significant impact both at home and abroad,and have formally brought China's railways into the era of high-speed rail.Intercity railway continuously grows,and the key planning areas include Yangtze River delta,Pearl River Delta,Tianjin,Beijing and Hebei,Chengdu and Sichuan,etc.The urban rail transit develops rapidly.By taking Chengdu as an example,Chengdu's Metro Line 1,Line 2,Line 3,Line 4,Line 7 and Line 10 have been successfully put into use.It is known that until 2020,Chengdu will realize the opening of 13 subway lines,and there will be a huge change in the future of urban rail transit.As we can see from the above analysis,the development of China's railway is astonishing.The mode of China's railway development is gradually changing,and the country's policies are inclined to the construction of high-speed railway.The promotion of rapid rail transit generates new demands and higher requirements.In order to better meet the requirements of our times,WD,as a supporting unit of railway industry,improves its products and services accordingly.In the background of railway industry transformation and upgrading,it is necessary to optimize and upgrade its own management,thereby providing better products and services and occupying a competitive advantage.The object of this study is WD,which specializes in equipment of railway signal centralized monitoring system.Since inception,WD has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in railway service.However,there are still many problems.Defective rate of WD products is big,and the service is not very good.Internal operation is improperly managed.The knowledge and skills of the staff can not keep up with the times.Bureaucratic management exists,efficiency is low and quality management is not emphasized.The planned economy is followed for a long term,resulting in the lack of judgment of the market.Therefore,the major problems of WD are analyzed by absorbing advanced ideas and concepts of the new version of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and in combination with SWOT analysis tools.The five key problems identified are as follows: weakness of staff quality management awareness,system files nonconformity with company affairs,inadequate training mechanisms,tendency towards ostentation and ineffectiveness of internal audit and management review,and lack of risk management awareness.WD is required to build,implement and optimize better quality management system,and improve its quality management level,such that WD can achieve sustainable and steady growth in the continuous development and change.At the same time,through the structural and optimization analysis of the new version of ISO 9001:2015quality management system for WD,the experience and reference are provided for companies which aim to upgrade its quality management system and prepare for certification of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
