Heilongjiang province is rich in forest resources,especially the natural forest resources proportion is very large,for the construction of forestry economics,China plays an important role in the National Party and the full stop cutting eighteen put forward the construction of ecological civilization under the background of forestry workers facing unemployment,job transfer and other issues.Job engagement and job burnout is the concept of two opposite at present,these two concepts are more and more concerned about two fields of management science and organizational behavior,in recent years,the research of the two has become a new topic in the field of organizational behavior.Staff members of the engagement does not mean he did not produce job burnout,therefore,the investigation and research on Heilongjiang Province Forestry Bureau staff's working state,not one-sided from positive or negative aspects,must combine the two to carry out research.Through study on job burnout and job engagement in two different working state is studied,the organizational behavior in the category of job engagement and job burnout in the category of psychology together,not only for the study of job burnout and job engagement of innovation,the two fields are related,have certain theory significance,but also conducive to promoting the development of human resources management.Based on the field survey data,this paper makes a study on the relationship between job burnout and job involvement of the staff of Heilongjiang forestry and forestry bureau.On the basis of job burnout and job involvement to accurately define the basic concepts,the status quo of Heilongjiang Province Forestry Bureau staff are introduced,describes the influencing factors and measurement tools of job burnout and job engagement,the design of the questionnaire,the JD-R model as the theoretical basis to choose influence factors of job burnout and work engagement,analyze the difference of staff job burnout and job input based on demographic variables and integrated model of design job burnout and work engagement,the research mode of "theory-Model-based combination of normative and empirical research.The results show that:(1)There are differences in job burnout and job involvement among employees with different gender,length of service,marital status and position.(2)Job requirements of the three dimension and the three dimensions of job burnout is a significant positive correlation,the requirements of the job dedication dimension rework dimensions and job involvement is significant negative correlation relationship,and vitality of the dimension and focus dimension,there was no significant relationship between job requires less effect on the job involvement.(3)There is no significant correlation between the dimensions of job resources and job burnout in the 3 dimensions,and the promotion opportunity dimension is significantly negatively correlated with the dimensions of social support and job burnout.There is a significant positive correlation between the 3 dimensions of job resources and job involvement.(4)The job burnout of employees in Heilongjiang forestry and forestry bureau is produced under the joint action of work requirements and work resources.According to the research,we can find that if we want to improve the level of job engagement,we must provide sufficient work resources for employees,so as to reduce the job burnout.Therefore,through the rational allocation and use of human resources,reform the current salary system,promotion and set different occupation career development path,alleviate the degree of job involvement of the staff to improve staff working pressure and enhance the work stability,increase policy support and government employees to develop new methods of forestry industry.
