Z food company was founded in 1958,after nearly 60 years of development,has become a major meat processing food group.Annual output of 3 million tons of meat,is China's largest meat processing base.Z food company took the lead in the cold meat cold chain production,cold chain distribution,cold chain sales,chain operation mode into the domestic brand management,through the promotion of cold meat,the company has achieved great development.However,with the domestic meat processing market to stimulate competition,Z food companies are facing a severe test of product safety risks.How to develop an effective product safety risk prevention system from the procurement,production and sales of the whole process of product formation is an urgent problem for Z food company.The premise of this finishing a large number of relevant documents in the collection,the theoretical basis for risk management,from the successful practice of domestic and international food safety risk management,systematically studied the Z food company product whole process safety risk prevention strategies.First of all,through the safety management of the Z food company,product analysis,the product formation process is divided into raw materials procurement,product processing,packaging,transportation,storage and sales of six,and reveals the problems existing in the process of safety risk.Secondly,the paper will analyze the safety risk factors of the whole process of Z food company,such as procurement and processing,transportation and sales process.Finally,respectively through the security risk control measures of raw materials procurement,product processing,packaging,transportation,storage and sale of the six processes,the establishment of safety risk management system for the whole process of product,provide Z food company products whole process safety risk prevention strategies.In this paper,the characteristics and innovations mainly in the following three aspects: 1.Z food company product formation process is divided into raw materials procurement,product processing,packaging,transportation,storage and distribution of six processes,and to analyze the risk of product safety problems;2.the safety riskof purchasing respectively and processing,transportation and sales process Z food company,the whole process of product analysis,reveal the causes security risks of the company;3.the Z food company product whole process safety risk prevention strategies.)The research of this paper will not only provide a set of operational safety risk prevention strategies for Z food products,but also provide a theoretical basis and implementation method for the whole process risk management of other similar enterprises.
