Adapt To The Need Of The Residents Of The County Wisdom Management Research

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,more and more agricultural transfer population into the city,to urban management to bring more and more contradictions and problems,urban management can not simply rely on the traditional way to solve the manual,need to use information Means to improve management efficiency.National new urbanization plan(2014-2020)proposed to promote the construction of intelligent city,to promote urban planning and management information,intelligent infrastructure,public services,convenient,modern industrial development,social governance fine.But from the current wisdom of urban construction theory and practice point of view,more concerned about the big cities,less research on small cities;some places too much to pursue the construction of modern information platform,and ignore the problem from the full consideration of the actual needs of residents;More attention to the top design,evaluation criteria,platform data and other research,but the urban traffic operation,living environment,space order,emergency treatment and other intelligent city management research is relatively weak.Based on this,this paper chooses the county in Hebei Province,which is in the stage of accelerating the development of urbanization,and uses the theory of public participation to investigate and analyze the residents' needs and main problems in the management of wisdom and city in Weixian.On this basis,The main task,the development direction and the implementation strategy,to Hebei and our county small town intelligent city management to provide reference for,in order to promote the city sustainable and urbanization healthy development.This paper first summarizes the informatization of intelligent city construction and urban management at home and abroad,and analyzes the differences in the conceptual connotation of digital city,intelligent city and wisdom city.To Wei County,Hebei Province as a case,the issuance of more than 200 questionnaires,from the six aspects of urban management to carry out residents demand survey.The results show that traffic management and city sanitation is the urgent need to improve the management of small cities at the county level.Traffic management,although theelectric car and bicycle is still the county-level small city residents choose the main way to travel,but residents to optimize the bus lines,increase the number of bus to express the desire to improve,and to strengthen the main junctions camera installation,social parking Layout and other traffic safety and management to express a strong will.In the municipal facilities,the dynamic monitoring and maintenance of the road covers is the focus of the residents' attention.However,the lighting of the old streets and alleres,the visualization of underground pipelines and the occupation of road excavation can not be ignored.City sanitation,the increase in the number of public toilets,the implementation of garbage classification and automatic identification of street chaos scribble is a prominent concern of the residents.Landscaping,the rich road green plant species,increase the green garden and green landscape is the main needs of residents;environmental protection,residents reflect more garbage and sewage dumping,construction dust and noise pollution and other issues;emergency disaster prevention Aspect,relative to the scene emergency command and disaster relief,residents are more concerned about the daily disaster prevention facilities and pre-disaster warning information push.In view of the residents' demand in the intelligent city management,the paper summarizes the main problems of the wisdom of the city management,including the top of the design is not comprehensive and reasonable,intelligent city management of the basic conditions are not perfect,intelligent city construction awareness is still relatively vague problem.Based on the study of the basic characteristics of the county-level intelligent city management,this paper further studies the task and operation mechanism of the intelligent city management in Weixian,and puts forward the construction of the traffic subsystem,the municipal facilities subsystem,the environmental appearance subsystem,the emergency disaster prevention subsystem 4service subsystems,clear the management responsibilities and content of each platform,used to meet the urban transport,municipal,emergency,disaster prevention,city appearance,greening,environmental protection,several areas of demand.Finally,this paper puts forward that the intelligent city management should pay attention to the public participation in the top design,pay attention to the information fusion ofeach department,realize the big data decision,and the intelligent city management should rely on the public management strategy.The paper mainly studies from three parts:The first part: elaborates the background,purpose and significance of the intelligent city management in our country,and summarizes the research on the intelligent city management at home and abroad,and provides the theoretical basis for the research.In the second part,taking Wei County,Hebei Province as an example,this paper introduces the status quo of intelligent city management,and carries out questionnaire design and field investigation on intelligent city management from the perspective of residents,such as traffic operation,municipal facilities,landscaping,environmental protection The city of sanitation,emergency disaster prevention and other aspects of data analysis,analysis of intelligent urban management of the residents' needs and the main problems.The third part: elaborates the main shortcomings of Wei County in the management of intelligent city,sums up the main features of intelligent city management of small cities at the county level,and puts forward the main task strategy of intelligent city management and tries to build one Set for
