In this age,the global economic and trade has been integrated.Since China's accession to the WTO after the World Trade Organization,active in the Chinese market,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Since the civil aviation industry in 1987 since the reform,as more airlines have set up,the civil aviation industry market competition is increasing.The private aviation industry in the private sector,because of the nature of private enterprises,want to get a place in the industry,the core competitiveness of talent is essential.Because private enterprises do not like state-owned enterprises have policy support,how to attract talent and retain,motivate talent is private airlines must consider the issue.The object of this study QDHK company,is just a set up more than three years of private airlines.This paper starts from the relevant theories of incentive mechanism at home and abroad,and analyzes and analyzes the problems from the relationship between the elements of human resource management and the incentive mechanism,and uses field investigation and interview to find out the way that QDHK Staff incentive mechanism for a variety of reasons,that is,salary performance appraisal system is not enough science,pay and benefits system is not perfect,the training mechanism is not reasonable,lack of corporate culture,the lack of human management.This paper uses the literature theory,field investigation and interview,analytic hierarchy process and other research methods to study.This paper mainly uses the theory of demand,the two-factor theory and the incentive mechanism to analyze the problem of QDHK company,and finally puts forward the optimization measures to improve the incentive mechanism of QDHK company,so as to improve the incentive level of QDHK employees.This paper is divided into five chapters to elaborate the viewpoints of the article:The first part is the introduction part,the main content is the background of the research and the purpose and significance of the study.And through the research literature at home and abroad to study and review the incentive mechanism,the content of this article and research methods are described.The second part is about private airlines,incentives and incentives related to the concept of elaboration.And use the relevant theory of level and two factors as the theoretical basis,and from the performance appraisal,salary,training,career management of four human resources management elements analysis and employee incentive mechanism.The third part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of QDHK employee incentive mechanism from four aspects:performance evaluation mechanism,salary mechanism,training mechanism and career management incentive mechanism.The fourth part,to explore the QDHK above four aspects of the incentive mechanism of the optimization measures.The fifth part draws the inspiration to the incentive mechanism of other private airline employees.Create an organizational management functional framework,enhance performance management to enhance employee incentives,and focus on the impact of corporate culture on employee motivation and other revelations.
