Twenty-first Century is the era of technology development.The competition between enterprises is essentially the competition of human resources.Talent has become a mainstay in the development of enterprises,and is conducive to improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,how to attract talented people,select and retain talented people has become one of the themes in enterprise management.Since the introduction of our country in 90 s,the competence has received the close attention of psychologists and management scholars.The theory has been widely applied to various modules of human resource management,and the application of competency theory and models to recruitment management has become an inevitable choice for many enterprises.The object of this study is AE,one of the world's top 500,renowned for its management consulting,business process outsourcing and software technology research and development in the world.AE company is now under the impact of automated intelligence,and most of the jobs in the traditional BPO industry are replaced by intelligent robots.Facing the change of environment of science and technology,AE company recruitment management also face the following problems: first,the new staff and post matching degree is low;second,low recruitment efficiency;third,the internal staff application system is not perfect;fourth,the recruitment process standardization is deficient;fifth,the low utilization rate of surface feedback.In this paper,behavioral interview,questionnaire survey and structural interview are applied.Based on the theory of competency model of domestic and foreign scholars,the problems in recruitment management of AE company are reviewed.The construction of competency model and the related human resource theory are analyzed and summarized.By establishing competency model,this paper proposes an improvement plan for recruitment management of AE company,and introduces the effect of competency model applied in recruitment process.The competency model is used to select high performance employees,which promotes the core competitiveness of enterprises from the root and provides reference for managers in the same industry.
