At present,China's human resources management in the idea and method of operation are following and learn from Western management style.However these advanced theories and methods are not ideal in most companies.The reason is that China has thousands of years of traditional culture background.All of our thoughts,actions and activities embody the influence of traditional culture on us.Only in-depth study and fully understand the traditional culture of our country,to make advanced human resource management method has good application.This paper studies on the management practice of H company based on,through access to a large number of theoretical literature,in-depth analysis of the H company based on the "Di Zi Gui" concept of the positive effect and negative phenomenons,and analyzes the causes of the negative problems,from the perspective of promoting the development of company and brings forward some countermeasures to solve the problem.Through the study of this paper,I hope that the management idea of " Di Zi Gui " can be integrated into the modern company human resource management,and can create more Chinese characteristics management in company management.
