Rapid development of information and communication technology has made great changes in the life of human society and stimulated a new e-commerce model in the commercial field.At present,China takes lead in the global e-commerce camp.Business structures have initially formed with Alibaba,JD as a leader,followed by Suning,Dangdang,Jumei,Vips and others.Based on the advantages of the scale of the network domestic e-commerce continues to become bigger and stronger.At the same time,China's cross-border e-commerce has sprung up with a variety of business models such as B2 B,B2C,O2 O and C2 C.The rise of cross-border e-commerce both benefit from the rapid development of information network technology and global economic integration,in coincidence with the 2008 global financial crisis making some of the traditional large cross-border trade into small online transactions.Cross-border e-commerce is a new economic growth point of the internet era and has brought new opportunities and challenges for China's foreign trade.China's macro environment for cross-border e-commerce development is increasingly mature,but the lack of professionals,lag of policies and regulations,imbalance of regional development and other issues remain to be resolved.Compared with domestic e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce is more challenging.It is necessary to bear a series of general domestic e-commerce risks such as technical risks,credit risk and information security.It also faced with more complex logistics and distribution,inspection and quarantine,payment,after-sales service,trade dispute settlement and other processes,in addition to cultural differences and language barrier and other factors.In the actual operation,cross-border e-commerce pioneers such as Amazon,Dhgate,Lightinthebox,DinoDirect and JD global have provided a reference experience for us.In order to cultivate their own competitive advantage,other cities should learn from the experience of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone.China 's cross-border e-commerce enterprises should strengthen the brand image construction and actively participate in international competition.Industryorganizations should gather cross-border e-commerce industry resources and help small and medium enterprises.China's government should give macro-strategic guidance and provide services for the development of cross-border e-commerce industry.
