Research On The Development Of Cross-Border E-commerce Trade Between China And Russia Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road"

The "Belt and Road" initiative is a vita move,stimulating the new round of expanding to the outside world and the growth of the world's economy.As China's largest neighbor,Russia is an important city leading to the European countries of "Belt and Road",which is of great radiation to the countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.In addition,Russia has strong geographical and economic advantages because of the largest scale of cross-border e-commerce transactions with China among the countries along the "Belt and Road" route.In recent years,under the background of "Belt and Road" and "Internet",cross-border e-commerce between China and Russia has developed rapidly.The "Belt and Road" initiative has brought huge dividends to cross-border e-commerce between the two countries,improving infrastructure such as cross-border logistics between China and Russia,and deepening exchanges between the two countries.Stimulate the expansion of cross-border e-commerce transactions between the two countries,as well as the upgrading of development models.However,the development of cross-border e-commerce between China and Russia also faces many problems: cross-border payment and logistics,imperfect policies and market risks,which still need to be further solved.In this context,how to use the initiative to exert its strengths and make up for its disadvantages is an important topic for scholars related.This paper studies how cross-border e-commerce enterprises seize the opportunities and build scientific and effective e-commerce channels according to the development trend and demand.This is to promote the good development of enterprises,the two countries and other countries along the development of cross-border e-commerce has far-reaching significance.The research is based on the background of the "Belt and Road" initiative,using the comparative advantage theory and the ease of doing business index,Logistics performance Index and E-Government Readiness Index to analyse the China-Russia cross-border e-commerce development and its opportunities and dilemma.It could be applied to other countries along the "Belt and Road" route when cross-border e-commerce is initiating.
