Research On The Poverty Benefit Mechanism And The Precision Poverty Alleviation Model In Jiangda Village

Plateau Tibetan area is one of the four big destitute concentrated areas of Sichuan Province,is a key areas of precision poverty alleviation,but also the difficult working area.Jiang Da village as one of the pilot village of the first batch of poverty alleviation in Li Tang county,has been completely out of poverty.Combing the progress of poverty alleviation work of Jiang Da village,analyzing the Benefit Mechanism of the Poor Population,Exploring Precise Poverty Alleviation Model,is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the work of precision poverty alleviation and promote the simultaneous well-off of the Tibetan Plateau in the future.Based on the Sustainable Development Theory,System Theory,Inclusive Growth Theory,Poverty Origin Theory and Stakeholder theory,applied empirical analysis and other methods,this paper studied the benefits of the poor population and the model of precision poverty alleviation in Jiang Da village.This paper was divided into the following four parts:The first part described the basic situation of the study area.Firstly,it introduced the natural and social economic location.Then from two aspects of the living environment and production conditions introduced the social and economic poverty of Jiang Da village before precise poverty alleviation.And finally analyzed the causes of the natural and social history of poverty in Jiang Da village.The second part analyzed the Poverty Benefit Mechanism in Jiang Da village.Firstly,it analyzed the benefit of the poor from two aspects of economic benefit and economic benefit.Then it analyzed “the Economic benefit mechanism of poor population”,“Mechanism of Infrastructure and social causes”,“Technology and talent protection mechanism”,“Ecological environment protection mechanism of Precision poverty alleviation”.And finally,based on empirical investigation,analyzed the internal and external factors that affect the benefit of the poor from the two aspects of driving force and resistance.The third part Summarized up the “Government support model”,“Counterpart support model”,“Foreign Capital(Company + base + farmer)cooperation model” and “Villagers participation model” of Precision poverty alleviation Model in Jiang Da village on the basis of the analysis of the mechanism.Paper proposed optimization recommendations after analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of precision poverty alleviation model in Jiang Da village.The fourth part summarized the research conclusion.Jiang Da village precision poverty alleviation in a strong external driving force,build a complex operation,careful division of the poor population benefit mechanism,Formed a multi-party collaboration,quick,broad audience of precision poverty alleviation model.At the same time,the ideological education of the poor was unsustainable,the product of agriculture and animal husbandry was single,organization was inferior,talent and technology was poor.Proposed optimization proposals,put forward the planning and outlook of research direction of the paper in The future.
