Investigation And Analysis Of Pollution-free Production And Deep Processing Industry Of Onion

Onion(Allium cepa L.)is a genus of Liliaceae Allium biennial vegetable.As the onion adaptability,and resistant to storage and transportation,widely distributed in the country,China's acreage and production rank first in the world.In recent years,China's onion industry has developed rapidly,in the rural adjustment of industrial structure has played a very important role.Onion processing products are also developed from a variety of dehydrated onion slices to onion powder,onion sauce,onion wine and so on.It's about 5533 hm2 of onion planting area in Feixiang Hebei Province,the total output of 410,000 t,becoming the province's largest onion production base.The products are exported to more than 10 provinces and cities and Italy,the United States and other countries.Average daily trading volume of about 1000 t,up to more than 5000 t,has become a pillar industry in Feixiang characteristics.In this paper,the production and processing industries of onion were studied in this paper.The production status and influencing factors of onion pollution production and onion deep processing industry were studied.To explore the key technology model of pollution-free production of fat onion,deep processing of the product type and to extend the onion industry chain onion deep processing of the way and industry,with a view to fertilizer forks on the production and promote the development of China's onion industry to provide a reference.1.The results show that the area of onion production in Feixiang industry is increasing year by year,and the traditional single work mode is gradually shifted to intercropping and pollution-free production mode.The number of onion processing enterprises is increasing year by year,but the processing scale is generally larger than that of the deep processing enterprises small.In two large-scale enterprises,Hebei Taiji Wine Co.,Ltd.to the onion wine and onion sauce-based,Handan Shun Feng Agricultural Products Processing Co.,Ltd.to dehydrated onions,we can see the onion processing products relative to a single,additional products value is low.2.Through the analysis of the status quo of the onion industry in Feixiang industry,the advantages and disadvantages of the development of onion in Feixiang are explored.Feixiang is located in the junction of Hebei,Shandong and Henan provinces,convenient transportation,natural environment and land conditions are superior,fertilizer rural onions in the surrounding area brand strength,2006 won the "Chinese onion town".Farmers grow onions with high enthusiasm,the local government attaches importance to the development of onion industry;pollution-free cultivation techniques easy to master,in the local promotion of onion planting easier;deep processing enterprises take shape.But in the regional layout,standardized production,industrial management and other aspects of late start,pollution-free onions large-scale,the degree of standardization is not enough,the lack of onion production of advanced technology and product quality standards;Onion processing products single,processing mostly in the roughing stage,the lack of high value-added products;Low degree of agricultural industrialization and shortage of funds restricting the development of enterprises;Onion cultivation and production scale is relatively small,to achieve the difficulty of mechanization;narrow sales channels,marketing structure is not scientific.3.On the basis of the conclusion,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to meet the market competition and promote the industrialization of onion industry in view of the characteristics and development advantages and disadvantages of the onion production and processing industry.Onion pollution-free industry on the growth of leading enterprises,the establishment of standardized production base;improve quality and efficiency,improve product market competitiveness,broaden the sales channels;Gradually formed "company + base" planting mode,improve the industrialization system;To strengthen the onion pollution-free cultivation techniques,the implementation of onion pollution-free production procedures;Increase scientific research investment,breeding and processing of special varieties,to support the selection of domestic onion varieties,to promote onion deep processing industry.Shaping their own brand,enhance product advantages;Increase the financial support,integration of resources,strengthen the advantages of the main industrial area of the development of onion.
