Research On Quality System Improvements Of DN Architectural Design Institute

The current China's economic development has entered a new normal,changing from rapid growth to relatively stable growth.Meanwhile the architectural design industry also suffered a big blow,which is demonstrated by a dramatic decline in related business and the market requirements to improve the design product quality.In this thesis,DN architectural design institute has deeply realized the importance of quality management,and the research is based on two methods:(1)empirical investigation and analysis;(2)integrated theory with practice.Firstly,the quality management system,ISO9001 quality management system were literaturally reviewed,combined with the analysis of enterprise management,human resources management theory,in order to explore their relationship.Secondly,architectural design institutes of our country were analyszed from the perspective of quality management system,in order to discuss the main problems in quality management.Thirdly,combined with the authors' experience,the emerging problems and the theories,the situation of DN institute was also discussed and some problems were concluded.Finally,combining with theoretical analysis,according to the situation analysis of DN institute in aspect of quality management system operation,an updated quality management system was designed for DN institute,with safeguard measures following,which is a set of feasible quality management system.Through the work above,we can obtain two important conclusions:(1)the business management in the architectural design institute should pay attention to the construction of quality management system,taking the quality as the priority;(2)the quality management in architectural design institute needs to pay attention to the management of human resources,especially their technology innovation talents;(3)the DN architectural design institute should enhance talent track recording and the ability evaluations in various aspects,in order to avoid inappropriate personal management and malposition of manpower allocation.The thesis has a direct and important practical significance on DN architectural design institute,which will directly affect its development size,the design quality and the company competitiveness in the "new normal" and also in the future.
