In the context of economic globalization,with the construction industry’s own development and continuous technological innovation,construction projects began to gradually energy-saving,intelligent,diversified trend of development,the construction industry’s original management has been gradually unable to meet the requirements.At present,there are still a series of problems such as frequent changes in design,delay of construction period,uneven quality and cost overrun in the process of project construction in our country.The construction project has the characteristics of complex structure,large space span,many participants and wide distribution,and communication and collaboration between each other is the key and difficult.There will be a lot of information generated at all stages of the project’s lifecycle,and the full flow of information will lead to the effective operation of logistics and capital flows to support the cooperation among the participants in the project construction.The traditional project management model in the existence of a large number of information loss and transmission problems,the construction of the project has brought many drawbacks.Therefore,in order to effectively implement the smooth implementation of construction projects,should establish a practical information management system.The construction supply chain management regards the participants of the construction project as a whole,through the effective control of information flow,capital flow and logistics to achieve the optimal management of resources in the whole construction stage of the project.Information management is an important part of construction supply chain management.BIM technology can realize the effective management of construction information.BIM technology can provide a reliable platform for the construction supply chain information interaction,and promote the effective management of construction supply chain information,and achieve the goal of project management to save costs,ensure progress and improve quality.This paper summarizes the existing problems in the information management of construction projects in China,and puts forward the information management system of building supply chain based on BIM technology,which is based on the research status of BIM technology and construction supply chain ideas and related literatures at home and abroad.To analyze and solve the problems existing in the information exchange between the participants in each stage of the construction project and to study the impact of the information on the management of the project life cycle andthe cooperative cooperation among the participants.Through the in-depth study of the connotation and characteristics of BIM and supply chain ideas,this paper analyzes the convergence of BIM technology and building supply chain in the process of construction project construction.First of all,through the reasonable analysis of the information in the whole life cycle of the construction project,the construction information coordination model of the building supply chain based on BIM is constructed,and the information exchange,the establishment of the cooperative evaluation platform,the construction of the logistics information system,Collaborative analysis.Secondly,through the analysis of the factors influencing the cooperative information of the whole life cycle information,the corresponding information coordination mechanism is constructed,and the effect of information sharing and project construction on the efficiency and effect of the project is analyzed.Finally,the most complicated construction stage of the information exchange in the whole life cycle of the project is taken as an example to analyze the effect of information coordination on the improvement of the construction project and the realization of the construction effect.
