Research Of L Company Supply Chain Information Interaction Solution Based On ODM Model Analysis

Along with the economic globalization and the rapid development of mobile internet,the consumption attitude and consumption level of people are continuous developed in the information era.Though the internet companies have been enlarging the domestic commodity circulation channel,the domestic product can not meet the various needs of the high quality and customization.The international brand enterpise can outsource the manufacture to the capable ODM to improve the core completence to meet the high level consumption requirements.Firstly,this thesis refer to the transaction cost theory and analyze how to make the corporate governance decisions from three dimensions of asset specificity,uncertainty and transaction frequency.The motivation for the enterprice to do outsourcing is the transaction cost is lower than the internal cost.Secondly,Outsourcing can realize greater value in the ultra competion market based on the value chian theory.The thesis illuminates the outsoucing model and model evolution.The main outsourcing model is multiple supplier management based on ODM in the actual operation.The significant difference between the outsoucing and traditional procurement indicates,if no strong outsourcing synergy,there would be high risk of outsourcing,such as,the taget to control cost and create value for customer could not be met.Considering the necessity of outsoucing and supply collaboration,the ODM model collaboration basic framework is presented in the thesis.Reference to the ODM model collaboration basic framwork,the core enterprise strategy and supply chain structure and multiple functions' information demand should be studied.Finally,the thesis analyze an ODM information introducing case and present a solution how L company does the supply chian information sharing.
