Today,innovation driven development has become the consensus of the whole society and the vast majority of enterprises,and innovative talent is the core element to achieve this goal.At the same time,as the backbone of China's economic and social development after the reform and opening up,private enterprises will play a key role in the process of economic transformation and upgrading under the background of the "new normal" era.Therefore,the study of the management of innovative talents in private enterprises is of great practical significance to deepen the reform and realize the adjustment of economic structure.In this paper,the paper uses the method of literature and case analysis to study the key stage of the growth period of private enterprises and the relatively weak performance management in the management of innovative talents.Firstly,it discusses the connotation and definition of the related concepts of private enterprise growth period,enterprise innovation talents,performance management and so on,and combs the basic theories and methods of modern performance management.Secondly,based on the previous research,this paper summarizes the basic principles that should be followed in the performance management of innovative talents in the growth of private enterprises,presents some common applications at present in the management practice of four patterns and problems existing in each of the four patterns analyzed.Finally,the basic principles and existing problems of the performance management of innovative talents in the general private enterprises are applied to the CE company,the analysis of this specific case and the specific situation of the case try to put forward the ideas and methods to solve the related problems.This paper hopes to provide a useful reference for the private enterprises in the growing period to construct their own innovative talents performance management system through the research and discussion of the above content.
