Study On The Collaborative Innovation Mechanism Of Small Micro Technology-based Enterprises Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

Small micro technology-based enterprise is an indispensable important part of developing science and technology innovation in our country.Their own technological innovation vitality,flexible business model and the innovation of scientific research products become an important force in driving the development of high and new technology in our country.However,its business is dispersed,and its resources and strength is limited.Cooperative innovation theory states how small micro technology enterprises unite stakeholders to make up for themselves and realize win-win cooperation.Therefore,crating a cooperative innovation mode has epochal significance to enhance core competitiveness and innovation capability of small micro technology-based enterprises.This article standing in the angle of small micro technology-based enterprises' cooperative innovation makes a research on small micro technology-based enterprises carrying out collaborative innovation with the government,colleges,research institutions,and large technology enterprises.Based on three groups of the evolutionary game process and results small micro technology enterprises can find their strategic path.Results show that evolutionary game of small micro technology-based enterprises and the government has two equilibrium points(1,1),(0,0).When small micro technology-based enterprises innovation and government support the innovation,multiple of earnings growth increases at the same time and it will make the system much easier to reach equilibrium point(1,1).Therefore,small micro technology-based enterprises must improve their innovation drive and make full use of the environment and policy of the government support by innovation to maximize their own input-output efficiency.The evolution game equilibrium of small micro technology-based enterprises and large science and technology enterprise are(0,1),(1,0).The results depend on the initial state of evolution.Moreover,small micro enterprises,scientific research institution and universities should make full use of their own "long board" advantage to reduce the cost of collaborative innovation for each other.At the same time they should establish a contract to constraint the betrayal of both sides.This paper presents the cooperative innovation mechanism of small micro technology-based enterprises,government,colleges,research institutions and large technology enterprises.And in view of the existing problems small micro technology-based enterprises should put forward the science and technology within innovation as the core.Government create a good policy to support the innovative environment.Large technology enterprises sign a contract to reduce opportunistic behavior.Scientific research institutions in universities and colleges enhance thetransmission of innovation talents and improve practicability of scientific and technological achievements.
