The author takes the work unit----the Internet financial industry well-known enterprise RX company as the object of study,analyzes its present performance management system existence question,and discusses the implementation performance management system optimization plan.As a company in the industry with high visibility,in the face of increasing competition in the financial environment in our country,the implementation of traditional is given priority to with KPI performance management plan,the purpose is,promote employees to grow and improve corporate performance and industry status.However,RX group in the process of the implementation of performance management,highlighted problem.In this article,through the thinking of its excellent,first find out the main problems,analyzes the cause of the problem,further explore the implementation of performance management system optimization change train of thought.Comparing and analyzing many performance methods at present,the author puts forward "OKR performance management optimization scheme based on BSC.First get group of senior management support and recognition,first in the group's business organizational performance level application implementation.Initiated by the appraisal subject objectives,evaluate its feasibility by the higher leadership;Both sides fully communication,clear objectives of "key" results;In the process of execution "review and correction" on a regular basis to ensure implementation effort direction is correct;Finally through the analysis of the assessment results to specific analysis of the business performance and operating ability,and to assess the scientific rationality of the target of the current period,as for the next assessment period one of the goals for the following tasks.Case analysis this paper adopted the method of combining theory and practice of using the BSC and OKR tools as the framework,making RX group complete performance management optimization plan.Finally,through to the RX group each business performance appraisal result analysis,it is concluded that more comprehensive than before the business performance analysis and the recent development,operational capability evaluation.Though this thesis has certain problems and defects,but the RX group have a certain business scale and development characteristics,for other similar enterprises of performance management implementation has the certain reference value.
