As of the multilateral trading system and the catalytic role of the globalization of trade has gradually diminished,many countries have started to through the establishment of a free trade zone for the achievement of trade liberalization.While in bilateral free trade area,tariffs have been a national trade policy are important considerations in the object.Chile was the first Latin America countries signed FTA with China,the signing of the China-Chile FTA for China and South America set up a bridge of communication between countries,paving the way for the deepening cooperation of China and the United States.On November 22,2015,Minister of Commerce,Gao Hucheng,together with Chilean Foreign Minister Munoz signed the People's Republic of China's Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Chile to start upgrading China-Chile free trade agreement memorandum of understanding negotiations,announced the launch of upgraded negotiations.So at this time in China,Chile bilateral trade effects,and to study the effect of preferential tariff policy has important practical significance,will be conducive to China-Chile upgrade free trade agreement.Since 2006,China-Chile free trade agreement implementation in China-Chile FTA in 10 years,bilateral trade between Chile and China complementarity as well as marketing support afforded to each other? Preferential policies to develop ChinaChile FTA is reasonable? After the establishment of China-Chile FTA as a whole the trade effects and trade effects are related to specific industries? China China Chile FTA in the future for policy harmonization and alignment? This article revolves around these issues and research.In this paper,the China-Chile's tariff policy as a starting point.Paper is divided into six chapters.Main chapters for the 3rd,4th,5th chapter.Chapter 3 is mainly for China-Chile comb development situation of a free trade area,on the basis of combing we concluded the characteristics between China and Chile free trade agreements,including the specific mode of tax reduction,tax arrangements.Rules of origin.Chapter 4 from a macro level,the main effect analysis between China and Chile's overall trade.This part is mainly by using trade data of 1995-2015 20 ciic bilateral trade status analysis,as well as using the data from the 2001-2015,through trade index,spent by China and Chile import and export data contrast,found a bilateral role in global trade.Chapter 5 micro level,this chapter mainly through January 2016 to September China to Chile imports benefit value of data,the analysis found that Chile occupies the important position in the bilateral trade of agricultural products,trade potential,at the same time using the Lhasa model as a research tool,Chile in China free trade area build after the analysis of the effect of agricultural trade.By Balassa model analysis,we came to China after the implementation of ChinaChile free trade agreement produced net trade diversion,have not produced the trade creation effect.In Chile,Chile for imports to the China trade creation effect and trade diversion effect,but the trade diversion effect is greater than the trade creation effect.China's largest agricultural trade effect benefit value,China for the Chilean agricultural products produced both trade creation effect and trade diversion effect.
