China-Chile Free Trade Area Preferential Tariff Policy And Impact Study

As of the multilateral trading system and the catalytic role of the globalization of trade has gradually diminished,many countries have started to through the establishment of a free trade zone for the achievement of trade liberalization.While in bilateral free trade area,tariffs have been a national trade policy are important considerations in the object.Chile was the first Latin America countries signed FTA with China,the signing of the China-Chile FTA for China and South America set up a bridge of communication between countries,paving the way for the deepening cooperation of China and the United States.On November 22,2015,Minister of Commerce,Gao Hucheng,together with Chilean Foreign Minister Munoz signed the People's Republic of China's Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Chile to start upgrading China-Chile free trade agreement memorandum of understanding negotiations,announced the launch of upgraded negotiations.So at this time in China,Chile bilateral trade effects,and to study the effect of preferential tariff policy has important practical significance,will be conducive to China-Chile upgrade free trade agreement.Since 2006,China-Chile free trade agreement implementation in China-Chile FTA in 10 years,bilateral trade between Chile and China complementarity as well as marketing support afforded to each other?
