At this moment,the procurement already is very important discipline in the Engineering Project(Abb.: The Project)as it's the function of connection link between Engineering and Construction,also it may impact on the Cost,Quality,and Schedule in the project execution.There is a saying that the project will be successful if the management of procurement succeeded in the project.The foreign method of management is keeping deeply impact on the Chinese project,the procurement is paid more and more attention in the Chinese engineering company.The key section of procurement is bidding of contract packages.In Chinese large engineering company the procurement management is well enough already,which mainly reflect in the typical process,bidding procedure,control risk,audit and monitor,and response measures etc.Most of domestic company own the bidding system and method of risk response measures already,along with the recruit people hop from foreign company to local engineering companies,and doing more and more overseas project,however some of them don't release the importance and impact of bidding;or these response measures can't be implemented even its already printed in the company management manual.In recent years,the thesis for the analysis of bidding is invigorated,there are over 5000 thesis related with bidding from the literature search in the CAJD(China Academic Journal Network Publishing).The bidding topic is paid closed attention by the management department of company.This thesis,according to the specificity of the project bidding,sets up 3 steps for the risk management of the project bidding:1.To analyze the possible issues in the process of current bidding in A company;2.To research the possible risk factors in each link of bidding in A company,analyze these risk per technical method,then provide the risk response measures;3.To combine real example project of A company,analyze the current status and the risk factors,response measures,project final management effect during the bidding process.Hopefully,the leader & manager in the engineering company who didn't release the importance of bidding can pay more attention on it,who don't know how to manage the risk possibly existed can find out the response measures by learning this thesis.
