After entering the era of knowledge economy in the 21 st century,talent has become the first productive force in social development and progress,high quality personnel is banking industry rapid development,business is carried out smoothly and high quality development foundation and the safeguard,also is the precondition of banks in the increasingly fierce market economy survival and rapid development,but also the realization of the force at the core of the sustainable development of banks.In this paper,through the bank to NA as a case study,through the analysis of the human resource management system,the rational design of staff training system.Thus the to improve the human resource management system,provide the bank business level and management level.This paper based on the theory analysis method and questionnaire investigation method,to Bank of NA as the object of study by analysis of case NA bank,found NA bank staff training existing problems,put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to achieve certain research significance.Firstly,the research background,purpose,practical significance,analysis means and structure of this paper are briefly summarized.Secondly,to the domestic and foreign existing the oretical research achievements were introduced and summarized,with the concept of human resources as the research background,based on this overview training concept,the process and content,for the actual research play a solid foundation.Furthermore,summarized the NA bank at this stage of the current situation of human resource information,mainly through market research method gets the training system and the problems of present stage NA bank and to explore in depth led to the emergence of the cause of the problem increases with the data resources.Fourth,the human resource system of the Bank of NA in depth understanding and analysis as the premise,combined with the development NA Bank of strategic goal and human resources objectives,develop a training system for,including reasonable training goal and has practical guiding significance to the training thought,training contents and courses,and corresponding suggestions for improvement are put forward according to the part pointed out the defects,the establishment of more perfect,in line with the development target of a bank's training system.Through the study of this paper that training needs analysis provides a practical basis for the establishment of training system;training plan is on every related training matters of reasonable arrangement;training needs analysis,planning,implementation and evaluation consisting of several aspects of the overall system is the employee training system;training after the end of the banks need to timely and effective communication by training the employees,in addition to by evaluation of staff training colleagues and customers to understand the training effect.
