With the continuous development of China's market economy,China's enterprises continue to grow and develop,both from the number of enterprises or enterprise scale have been a greater development.Among them,small and medium enterprises as an important force in China's enterprises,in promoting the development of China's social and economic development plays a very important role.The financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is difficult to restrict the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises,one of the important elements to solve the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises need the government,small and medium enterprises themselves and commercial banks to work together.This paper studies the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises of Nanchang Branch of China Minsheng Bank as the research object,and draws the following conclusions:(1)China Minsheng Bank Nanchang Branch credit business is facing a better external support environment: First,the national level and the Jiangxi provincial government level are to encourage the development of small and medium enterprises,and the introduction of relevant support policies;Second,Jiangxi Province,high-speed development of GDP China Minsheng Bank Nanchang Branch SME credit business provides a broad market space;Third,the financing needs of SMEs and the development of Internet finance,to promote the Chinese people's livelihood Nanchang branch need to focus on customer's individual needs.(2)After the comprehensive analysis of the existing SME credit business of Nanchang Branch of China Minsheng Bank,it is found that there are the following problems: First,the profitability of small and medium-sized enterprises is weak and it is difficult to meet the demand of bank deposits.Lack of customer relationship management,quality customer lack of effective management;Third,the product mix of homogeneous competition is serious,lack of innovation and other issues.Second,the customer relationship management system is weak,the lack of customer value of the excavation;Third,the product differentiation is not enough,the lack of profitability,the lack of profitability,the lack of profitability,The lack of internal innovation mechanism.(3)In order to further enhance the credit business of China Minsheng Bank Nanchang Branch,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: First,the new business outlets,improve market coverage,access to a large number of high-quality customers;second,optimize the customer management system,CRM system and the use of customer value;third,to business district customers as the core,build industry chain product model;Fourth,optimize the SME credit business marketing model,enhance business development capabilities.This paper provides an important guiding role for the promotion of SME credit business in Nanchang Branch of China Minsheng Bank,and provides reference for other commercial banks to carry out SME credit business.
